About me

You need more than a consultant, you need someone who checkmates complexity.

Data protection and digital expertise within the EU institutions

For the past 6 years, I have worked at the European Parliament focusing exclusively on data protection and compliance and intellectual property rights, building strong expertise in these critical fields. Before that, I spent three years at the Parliament working across IT and data protection.

Earlier in my career, I managed digital projects for five years at the European Commission, contributing to the development and coordination of the institution website. Prior to joining the EU institutions, I gained entrepreneurial and technical experience by running my own web agency for five years, following a Master’s degree in Communication and several roles in IT and communication.

What my experience brings to the table

My background has given me a strong combination of technical, legal, and communication skills. I am experienced in training and workshops, making complex regulations understandable and actionable for diverse audiences.

I can just as easily brief senior management as work hand-in-hand with IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on data protection requirements.

Most importantly, I know how to foster a practical culture of compliance within large organisations — one that is effective, understood, and applied in daily work rather than perceived as a purely bureaucratic exercise.
