Services as Data Protection Officer

Our 6-steps approach :
From first meeting to full compliance.

1. We start with a meeting

to understand your needs and get to know your company better.

We look at your projects, current practices, and the challenges you face. This first exchange allows me to understand your priorities and adapt the approach so compliance becomes a tool that supports your goals instead of holding them back.

It is also the moment to clarify expectations, timelines, and how we will work together.

2. We involve all your teams:

HR, marketing, IT, sales, events, so that everyone understands the process and contributes insights that help us map how data is really used in practice. Each team has a role to play!

By explaining the process clearly, no one is caught off guard. Everyone understands why their perspective and their contribution are important and how they will shape a compliance framework.

This step builds trust and avoids resistance later on.

3. We map how data flows

We show what is collected, why, who uses it, and where it goes. This creates a complete and practical picture of the data journey, from collection to use, sharing, and storage.

By bringing everything together in one clear view, we can spot risks, uncover inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

This map then serves as the solid foundation for all further measures.

4. We analyse everything in detail

With the full data map in place, we review each activity to confirm its purpose, ensure responsibilities are clear, and identify what matters most for your organisation.

This step translates the map into concrete priorities: which risks to address first, which processes to document, and where safeguards will be needed.

It connects the big picture to the practical next steps.

5. We run assessments

We assess risks and turn them into clear, practical actions.

We carry out impact assessments when needed, then put safeguards in place, keep accurate records of your data activities, and create privacy notices and policies that clearly explain how you use personal data.

We also set up simple procedures for handling rights requests and an effective response plan so any data breach is detected and reported on time.

6. We provide training and follow-up

Compliance becomes part of the culture only when everyone applies it in their daily work.

We make it concrete through hands-on training, help teams develop the reflex of including data protection considerations from the beginning, and run regular reviews so your organisation stays aligned with evolving rules and expectations.

We stay available to answer questions, provide guidance, and support your teams whenever needed.
